Nextvision Stabilized Systems in Raanana are looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. The role includes end-to-end coordination of international shipments and import/export activities in a fast-paced technology and manufacturing environment, working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, and internal teams. Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare export shipments to customers worldwide. Manage and monitor import and export processes, including receiving, shipping, and delivery. Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners. Ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation. Maintain and update logistics information and generate reports in Priority ERP. Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing operational needs. Requirements: Previous experience in import/export coordination within a manufacturing company - required. Familiarity with customs procedures and import/export regulations. Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and courier companies. Experience with defense-related exports – Big advantage. High level of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Priority ERP – an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
